How do you work to service so many international clients? Do you have teams everywhere?
We have offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Vienna, and a partner office in Riyadh. In addition, we work with long-term partners around the world. For each project, we work as a multi-disciplinary team that is comprised of people based in different offices. The specific project team is selected and assigned based on skillset and experience.
This allows us to deliver projects fast, flexibly, and with a high quality standard.
What have been your most exotic project locations so far?

Are there virtual project locations?
Yes! Many clients require only conceptual work or the definition of a design standard, like the development of a store identity or space identity for a multinational company’s exhibition stands. These projects don’t have a specific project location, but our developed design is then rolled out on a regional and often global level.
What is the service scope of a typical project?
While many clients require design work only, brands located in more remote locations or places that have limited access to products and materials often require a full-stop service, including also the production and shipment of furniture and materials from China or Eastern Europe to the client’s project location.
What languages does your team speak?
At the moment, we can cover and work in English, Chinese, Spanish, German, Russian and Persian. Internally, the main company languages used in the company are English, Chinese, and German.
