Earlier this May, DonMono , a Japanese cuisine restaurant, opened its new location in Millennium City Vienna, one of the city’s most visited shopping malls. Although this is already the brand’s second restaurant in Vienna, the new space introduces a completely reimagined restaurant design concept that blends Japanese anime aesthetics with local Viennese design elements.

For this project, 5 Star Plus Retail Design supported the client with technical restaurant design services. Our team conducted detailed on‑site measurements, prepared all essential technical key plans, and ensured that the creative concept could be implemented precisely according to the location’s architectural and operational requirements.
