5 Star Plus Retail Design was asked to create a design concept for a brand exhibition and award ceremony held in Joy City Mall and Park Hyatt Hotel in Beijing, China, in collaboration of Cosmopolitan magazine with Baodao, a Taiwanese eyewear brand. The brief included the design of a set of branded elements (logo design, posters, invitation cards and an award trophy) and the space: product display stands, a brand history wall, a stage area and the event space itself. The design concept mimics the illusion of a kaleidoscopic pattern with dynamic patterns composed of triangular shapes.
